My name is Kristin Yurdin and I have been a resident of Central Oregon since 2002. Prior to moving to Central Oregon, I was a podiatric surgeon practicing in Hood River. In 2004, my husband and I purchased and restored the historic Terrebonne Depot creating a place for the community to enjoy food and an important piece of Terrebonne history. I operated as the chef and owner of the Terrebonne Depot restaurant until late 2014 when I sold the business. My husband and I still manage and own the property.  
 

My goal as Sanitary District Board Member is to help find adequate funding in the form of grants and loans to ensure sewer is economically available for the residents of Terrebonne. Having owned a business in Terrebonne, I am aware of the challenges septic systems in the area present. I believe that bringing sewer into Terrebonne will be benefit the community as a whole and I look forward to the opportunity to help with this service.
